About
I am a product designer and researcher exploring the intersection of technology, cognition, and aesthetics, particularly as we navigate the emergence of artificial intelligence and other transformative technologies. I'm currently pursuing my MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, and previously I studied Cognitive Science and Human Computer Interaction at UC San Diego. I'm drawn to design challenges that require both analytical depth and creative vision, building experiences that feel effortless to users while being grounded in solid research and human understanding.
Ultimately I am a visual storyteller; beyond product and UX, I also love creative coding, interactive data visualizations, expressing myself through photography, exploring type and color in art direction and graphic design, and I'm currently learning 3d animation!
The relationship between human cognition and digital interfaces fascinates me; our brains are forever intertwined with the technology we create. I'm interested in investigating this embodied cognition, and designing for technology that feels more intentionally human and helps us navigate increasing complexity with grace and agency. I believe we can create a more beautiful world.
