Decentralized digital marketplace automating partnerships between influencers and merchants
Social media marketing has traditionally favored high-profile influencers and businesses with large budgets, leaving smaller creators and merchants without a streamlined way to collaborate. Anonymous Agent set out to democratize influencer marketing, creating an accessible and transparent platform where anyone could participate.
The influencer marketing space lacked a structured, self-service model where businesses of all sizes could directly collaborate with content creators. The existing process was often informal, inefficient, and inaccessible to smaller players. Anonymous Agent needed a flexible, user-friendly platform that empowered both merchants and influencers to create and complete marketing contracts independently.
The app needs to simultaneously serve both merchants, who create and manage campaigns, and influencers, who browse and fulfill contracts.
I began by mapping the two core user journeys and identifying their distinct needs. Merchants required tools to define campaign parameters, review applicants, and monitor performance. Influencers needed to discover relevant opportunities through search and filters, understand deliverables clearly, and submit work efficiently. Through flow diagrams and journey mapping, I defined how these parallel experiences would coexist within a unified platform architecture.
With a dual-audience platform, visual consistency was crucial. I developed a design system that ensured clarity, brand recognition, and ease of use.
